Deposits are applied to the package price and are never the full payment. Package prices are starting prices. Delivery, setup, breakdown, decorations, special requests and premium equipment may require additional charges. Final pricing depends on the event location, access, schedule, labor requirements and selected add-ons.

We never promise a date the system already shows as committed.

Submitting your request places a temporary hold on this date while Crown Event Rentals reviews availability. The hold releases automatically if it expires.

Tick what you need and set the quantity. Anything marked “quoted by request” is priced by Crown Event Rentals before you approve it.

Submitting a request costs nothing and does not charge a card. Crown Event Rentals confirms availability first; the deposit is paid after that using the payment link you are sent.
